This is a hands-on role suited to a confident and organised chef who enjoys variety. You'll work across prep, production, and on-site events. You will be leading the team for on the day functions but the support from the executive chef where needed. The role balances leadership and autonomy , making it ideal for a chef who wants responsibility without being stuck in a traditional restaurant routine.
